Why would you choose to work with Karen? 

  • I believe in helping you be the best you can be. We will try to do our best every day. Some days, it is 100% where we want to be; other days it may be 20%. We are not perfect. We will work together to keep you on target.
  • I believe everything in moderation and that will vary from person to person.  Some people will want to work on a complete juice cleanse and some may want to cut down to one cup of coffee a day.  It’s all about where you are at.  It is your journey and I am here to support and encourage you through it.
