I offer a variety of services to get you to be the Happiest Healthiest Me you can be. 


Contact Karen to complete a Wellness Barometer and schedule a free consultation. 

  • The questionnaire asks questions regarding your lifestyle, food choices, exercise, health and some family history
  • We work a consultation into your availability and it can last from 15 – 30 minutes.  We can meet in person, via Skype or telephone
  • We will identify a few target areas and determine whether I am the right person to work with you


One on One Coaching

Specifically tailored programs to meet your individual needs and concerns.

  • We begin by reviewing your Wellness Barometer Questionnaire from our consultation, lifestyle, and goals then develop your personal plan. An optional DNA test* to personalize your nutrition is also available. 
  • We will get to the "why" of the changes we discuss and develop a fluid program aimed at getting you closer to where you want to be and a more balanced life
  • We will meet twice a month for 45-minute sessions in person or via Skype
  • I will provide you with motivation, accountability, and resources to support you on this journey (Resources include recipes, food samples, hand outs, recommendations on apps, websites, and tools)
  • You will provide the willingness and openness to change and try new ideas
  • Text/e-mail support between sessions
  • Minimum of a three (3) month commitment


90 Min Recharge

After initial 3+ month initial one on one coaching, 90-minute refresher sessions are available to help keep you on track or give a little boost if you have swayed off.


Corporate Wellness and other Group Programs

I offer various workshops and presentations for groups.  Topics can be geared towards the needs of the group.

Sample topics include:

  • Being vegetarian
  • Food and energy

Healthy employees have shown to decrease presenteeism and absenteeism while boosting morale and productivity.


Cooking Classes and Recipe Ideas for Healthier Eating and Medical Necessity

I love cooking. I have my blog and vlog That’s Vegetarian.  I have discovered, created, borrowed, and improvised my way through the kitchen. I love to cook healthy sensual food. The combinations of color, aromas, textures, and flavors are what make a meal fulfilling. AND it doesn’t have to be difficult or complicated.  I’ve been cooking vegetarian for over 20 years and have an abundance of secrets to share.


I believe in eating what’s in season, using the least processed foods possible, and having fun while doing it.


As we get older, our bodies change and we can no longer eat the way we used to.  We need to make dietary changes whether we have become lactose or gluten intolerant or just sensitive to a clogged gall bladder.  I will work with you in conjunction with the suggestions from your medical professional to provide menu ideas and cooking suggestions to help make meals just as pleasurable as ever.


Topics can include – desserts, entrees, appetizers, soups, gluten free, dairy free, or just on the “lighter” side.
